Customer Orders & Payment
1. Work only commences once full payment has been received. Payment is ALWAYS in advance.
2. Payment can be made using secure online payment, over the telephone or via bank transfer (as preferred).
3. CV orders are returned in widely used Microsoft Word (compatibility mode) and PDF formats.
4. Customer orders are returned by secure email. Electronic versions are the preferred option.
5. We aim to complete orders within a reasonable time period (quality is always our priority).
6. Executive Career Solutions takes NO responsibility for misleading, inaccurate or false information within CVs.
7. Customers MUST ensure the overall accuracy of information contained with the CV. We accept NO liability.
8. CVs remain the Intellectual Property of Executive Career Solutions until full payment has been received.
9. From time-to-time extended customer lead times may apply, especially during periods of higher demand.
10. Customers must notify Executive Career Solutions of any errors or omissions during the CV finalisation process.
11. Executive Career Solutions uses Stripe. Online payments are therefore fully subject to Stripe Terms & Conditions.
12. Priority CV Services have specific clauses in addition to terms & conditions outlined on this page (please see below).
13. By agreeing to our terms, customers give marketing consent to receive periodic communications about our services.
14. Customers may from time to time receive marketing communications about our services unless customers advise us.
15. We update or remove marketing preferences on our external database within one month of notice from customers.
OPENING TIMES & EXTENDED EMAIL OPENING HOURS TERMS
Executive Career Solutions Opening Hours. Main office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm UK time. This is for telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, customer emails, consultations and VIP in-person appointments. NO SALES CALLS.
Extended Email Opening Hours (1). To offer a more responsive service, we offer extended opening hours for EMAIL ONLY enquiries. Email only hours are 7 days a week between 9am and 10pm UK time.
Extended Email Opening Hours (2). Responses may sometimes be deferred until the next day due to operational reasons. This service is subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at peak times.
General Terms & Conditions
1. Executive Career Solutions MAY refuse business for whatever reason and without providing an explanation.
2. Executive Career Solutions MAY publish customer feedback about its services (personal details will be removed).
3. Executive Career Solutions accepts NO liability (financial, consequential or otherwise) regardless of the issue.
4. Executive Career Solutions is not liable for any third party IT faults, viruses or loss of information stored.
5. Executive Career Solutions takes every reasonable precaution to secure its server and online payment options.
6. Executive Career Solutions is not responsible for customer job hunting strategies or external job market factors.
7. Complaints are dealt with on a case by case basis. We actively engage with customers to resolve any perceived issues.
8. Total liability is limited to the initial cost of the amount paid (as a maximium). Any refund is at our discretion.
9. Refunds MAY be subject to a charge of 10 GBP to cover any administration or transaction costs incurred for the refund.

11. All services, add-ons, prices, terms & conditions and website details can be amended at anytime without notice.
12. Our satisfaction guarantee ensures customers are satisfied to the best of our ability. It is not a 100% refund guarantee.
13. Our returns policy is applicable for all orders and countries served. Returns are valid for a period of 90 days.
14. Any returns (refunds) are processed within 15 days (subject to our refund or part refund policies as applicable).
Leadership & Career Solutions (Subject to Availability)
1. Added Career Solutions are subject to availability and may NOT be offered at peak times.
2. Added Career Solutions MUST be ordered WITH CV Services for a better customer insights.
3. Existing customers who have ORDERED a FULL CV Service in last 12 MONTHS are also eligible.
4. Discussions are open, honest and direct to get best results. We can agree an agenda in advance.
5. Check availability or services if unsure; Charges are calculated by the hour (2 hour limit initially).
6. Customer MUST consider bespoke requirements to be addressed. We can discuss possible scenarios.
7. Value Added Leadership & Career Solutions may be restricted to UK customers (subject to our discretion).
Priority Services (Subject to Availability)
At Executive Career Solutions, we try to be as flexible as possible to meet customer deadlines for vacancies. We will set realistic expectations about what is achievable within timescales. For this to be successful, commitment from both sides must be there to achieve tight deadlines and Executive Career Solutions reserves the right to charge extra for a Priority CV Service. This service is operated at the discretion of Executive Career Solutions depending on order schedules (call to enquire).
1. Executive Career Solutions reserves the right to charge extra for what is considered a Premium Service.
2. Priority CV Services are subject to availability and aligned to realistic customer deadlines.
3. Priority CV Services must be agreed in advance to set expectations and confirm arrangements.
4. Priority CV Services include a one hour telephone consultation to gather required information.
5. Priority CV Services take 2-3 working days to complete (these are realistic expectations).
6. Priority CV Services require customers to be reasonably available for emails / telephone contact.
7. Priority CV Services are offered totally at the discretion of Executive Career Solutions.
